FREE HANDLING FEE OVER CAD$350

We offer complimentary standard handling fee for all orders exceeding CAD$350. For orders below CAD$350, a flat handling fee of CAD$15 applies.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Damages and Issues with Order:
Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and promptly correct it.

Return Policy:
At Akex.ca, our aim is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with our products, you may return them for a refund, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

All our products come with a complimentary 14-day return policy from the date of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition.

Return Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For exchanges, kindly return the product for a refund and place a new order on Akex.ca for the correct item.

To initiate a return or for order cancellation, please contact our customer service team at [email protected], providing the following information:

– Your name
– Order Number
– Products you wish to return or cancel
– Proof of purchase
– Brief reason for return or cancellation

Upon acceptance of your return or cancellation request, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund:
We will notify you within 72 hours of receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of the approval or denial of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
