My Current Issue:
I currently have an issue where my computer has a BSOD during gaming sessions, which progresses into BSOD when conducting simple tasks such as web browsing.
When did this start to occur:
My PC started crashing after 4 months of usage, which was a surprise to me as this was a present-day system I purchased in 2020. (Computer components listed in My Current System)
What I have done to try and fix this issue:
I have hired a computer specialist to diagnose my computer, to which they provided me with the following solutions:
- At first the computer specialist I hired suggested that I had a faulty RAM, which they provided me a replacement RAM using warranty. However, this did not solve my BSOD error.
- The second solution was to conduct a factory reset and reinstall windows, however this did not work.
- The third solution they provided was to clean my PC. To which I would remove my RAM and GPU, clean the sockets and then place them back in which I use a Q-tip to do. At first this advice had helped as once I had cleaned my sockets, the computer would not have any issues for about 3 months. However, in my second year of owning this computer, this solution would only enable me to smoothly play games for 2-3 days to which the issue repeats itself.
Please let me know what I should do to solve this problem. Questions are much appreciated. Thanks!
